How did you work that out? We have never lost a penalty shoot-out in our history. 100% success rate.

4 very average sides, a bit like 2007/2008.

Stop sulking. Just because you got relegated, there’s no need to rain on everyone else’s parades.

Possibly, but then we don’t support a super club like Bristol City. Enjoy Crawley.

Just being a realist as usual, the 3 that go up will be the bottom 3 next season.

Already done Croarless, although I might go if it is the promotion game.

Looking forward to Stevenage and a few others.

We’ve missed quite a few in the past two seasons......I’m sure we lost a penalty shoot out against Gillingham in 1987 (ish) when they had an outfield player in goal.

Good point. I’d forgotten about that one. We’ve beaten Swindon, Manchester City and Plymouth Argyle in them though.

still laughing at Leicester... serves em' right for winning in the last minute at Forest last week.

and now financial fair play comes into effect, then Leicester’s wage bill needs some serious trimming... they could be in a spot of bother

We’re going to wemberley....

Can’t believe it, especially after that penalty was given and the season seemed over.

Pipe dreams and moonbeams, all the way.

Cheers,

Did anyone see the Guardian (IIRC) article about the agent who is taking UEFA to court over their new FFP rules.

He says it is a restrictment of trade and will lower the wages of the players under his control and has hired the lawyer that won the Bosman case all those years ago.

So one of the leaches on the backside of football is trying to continue to line the pockets of already highly overpaid people at the expense of football clubs.

Another reason to vote UKIP!!!

If Carlsberg did firing squads............

You can relax now, Brighton have avoided penalties.

After our performances in the last half of the season, may I be the first to congratulate Watford on their return to top flight football.

Feel for the Brighton fans on here.

speaking from experience (4 nightmare times) i know exactly how they will be feeling.

as for Play-Off finals?! surely are an urban myth.... they don’t really exist do they.

Got to say I’m dissapointed with that.

I had hoped for a Watford-Brighton final. If Watford weren’t to go up, I would have liked to see Brighton there instead.

Roll on the 27th....

Good luck Watford. At least my season ticket price won’t go up now.
On the plus side, I have a brother in Plymouth so perhaps we could meet up for the Bournemouth and Yeovil away matches.

Disappointing. In hindsight Poyet should have started with Lualua and Barnes, but that’s history now. Palace played better than us and deservedly have got their day out at Wembley.

Go Watford
