Not going so well.

Our season is not yet going to plan. Promotion now seems a long way off and the top six looks like a more realistic target.

Our financial plight is holding us back although we have some decent youth prospects coming through the ranks and a couple are in the first team squad now.

I may have to look at changing our system. Something has got to be done.
